Data collected
Depending on your use: e-mail address, the recipient’s first name, the story details you provide for the lyrics, photos supplied for the slideshow, and order data (plan, amount, payment reference).
No banking data is stored by the publisher: payment is handled by our provider.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to fulfil your order (basis: performance of the contract), to answer your requests (legitimate interest), and to meet our accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Retention periods
Creative material (story, photos) is kept for as long as needed to produce and deliver the song. Accounting records are kept for the applicable statutory period.
Order reminder e-mail
If you start an order without paying for it and have given your e-mail address, we send you a single reminder about 24 hours later so you can complete the order you started. It contains a “Pick up my song” link and a one-click unsubscribe link.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in letting you complete the order you started, limited to a single reminder per order. The order form tells you about it. The reminder uses your e-mail address, the recipient’s first name and the chosen plan with its price.
To object, click “Stop reminders” in the e-mail or write to contact@tubissime.com. We then keep only a fingerprint of your address (SHA-256 hash), never the address itself, with no time limit, for the sole purpose of never sending you a reminder again.
An unpaid order is deleted 7 days after its last activity (its creation or the last time payment was resumed).
Processors
Music composition, image generation and e-mail delivery rely on technical providers acting on our behalf. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them: contact@tubissime.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Visit source and browser
Only if you accept audience measurement, we set a “tubissime_source” cookie on tubissime.com and app.tubissime.com. It only contains where your first visit came from, as a category (for example Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, an AI assistant, Google, an e-mail, another site or a direct visit): never the address of the page you came from, nor any identifier. It expires after 30 days and is deleted if you decline or withdraw your consent.
When you place an order or buy credits, we record this category with it, if the cookie exists, together with your browser family and device type (for example “Chrome mobile”, “Safari iPhone” or “Instagram in-app browser”), derived from the technical header your browser sends. Neither that full header nor your IP address is kept for this.
This information is used only to know, in our internal statistics, which channels and browsers lead to sales, and to check that ordering works on every browser. Legal basis: your consent for the visit source, our legitimate interest for the browser.
Anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement (PostHog)
Even if you decline audience measurement, or as long as you have not answered yet, we measure visits to the site anonymously with PostHog, an audience-measurement tool whose data is hosted in the European Union.
What is measured: pages viewed, the landing page and the referring site, the type of device and browser, the language of the page, and a few actions on the site (clicks, listening to a demo, reading an article to the end, changing language, clicking through to order). This information is used only to produce visit statistics: numbers of visits, page views and plays.
In this mode, nothing is kept on your device: no cookie, no local storage, no identifier. When it loads, the tool only checks, without leaving anything behind, that your browser accepts storage and that no measurement choice is saved in it. Page addresses are sent without their parameters (except utm campaign codes), and ad click identifiers are removed. To count visits without following anyone, PostHog's server computes a temporary fingerprint, renewed every day, that cannot be used to find you again, and your IP address is not kept. There is no identification, no session recording and no link with an order, an account or another site: this data is not used to identify you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in having anonymous visit statistics, strictly necessary for the site to work properly and to improve it. This measurement is therefore not subject to the consent banner. You can object to it by blocking the posthog.com domains in your browser (for example with a content blocker). If you accept audience measurement, PostHog also uses the cookie described in the “Cookies” section.
Cookies
This site uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work (language preference, session, the name typed in the try-out to pre-fill your order, deleted as soon as it is read, after 15 minutes at the latest) and, only after your consent, audience-measurement cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics / Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) to improve the site. You can accept, decline or change your choice at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page. No measurement cookie is set without your agreement. Only the anonymous measurement described above works without your agreement, and it keeps no cookie or identifier on your device.
