Purpose
These terms govern the sale of personalised songs ordered on this site. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of them.
Orders and pricing
Offers and their prices are shown in euros including tax on the plans section. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is made online by card through our secure payment provider. No card details are stored by the publisher.
Delivery
The song is composed and then made available on a private page reachable via a unique link, usually within minutes. A delivery e-mail is sent when an address has been provided.
Right of withdrawal
As the song is personalised digital content produced to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the customer’s agreement.

Use of the songs
Delivered songs are intended for private use (family celebrations, sharing with relatives). Any commercial exploitation or public broadcast requires prior agreement.
Disputes
