Three plans, one price on display, no hidden extras and nothing to haggle over. Here is what each one contains, what all three include, where this price sits against the rest of the market, and what you are allowed to do with your song.
Every one of them delivers a whole song, written for that person, sung by a real voice, within minutes. What changes is the length and what comes with the song.

Playing the song in a shop, using it in an advert, monetising it on a platform: that needs our prior agreement. Write to us and we will talk it through, it is not a no on principle.
A song written from your own instructions is personalised content: under the applicable French law, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies once composition has started with your agreement (article L221-28 of the French consumer code). If you are not happy, though, write to us: a rework or a refund may be granted.
The Studio works differently: instead of paying for a plan, you buy credits and spend them as the mood takes you. Thirty credits are yours free when you sign up, enough to write lyrics and get acquainted. After that, three packs: 60 credits for €3.90, 180 for €9.90, 500 for €24.90. Everything is shown before it is charged, and credits never expire.

No. The price on display is the price paid, once, for one song. No subscription, no surcharge to download the MP3, no paid add-on for the karaoke when the plan includes it. The Studio and its credits are another way to buy, not an extra on top of this one.
Write to us: if you are not happy, a rework or a refund may be granted. And every plan already offers two versions to choose from, which settles most cases long before it comes to that.
The Gold Record, in the vast majority of cases: the full-screen karaoke is what turns listening into a shared moment, and that is what makes the difference on the day. The Single is enough if the song is heard by two people alone, and The Platinum earns its place when you have photos to bring in.
